Use this form to apply for recognition of learning completed outside the formal education and training system.
Student Deferral or Leave of Absence
To be completed if you wish to defer the commencement of your studies or need to take one or more Semester’s leave during your course duration.

This form requests access to personal information held by Wesley Institute Administration.

Please note: Transcript Requests will not be processed between the end of semester and the finalisation of moderated grades. If you lodge a request between these two dates, the Registrar will process it immediately after grades have been finalised and released to students for a semester.
