Wesley Institute promotes and fosters quality in teaching and learning through the implementation of our vision, mission and institutional values, and their integration in all aspects of institutional life and culture.
Wesley Institute has set 5 goals designed to support our mission, and to strengthen institutional capacity to flourish and grow. The first, including eight sub-goals, represents our Teaching and Learning Plan, and the next four operational goals integrate activities across the Institute to ensure excellence and sustainability.
The Teaching and Learning Plan maps the relationship between goals adopted by the Institute to realise its mission, strategies for each goal that vector behaviour and resource allocation, and specific key performance outcomes designed to maximise the achievement of desired graduate attributes. Each goal addresses a dimension of personal achievement and growth applicable to staff and students alike.
