ACE

The Australian College of Educators (ACE) is the only national professional association which represents educators across all sectors and systems. ACE was founded to provide an independent voice for educators and advance the education profession. Wesley Institute is a corporate member of the ACE.

The Australian Council for Private Education and Training is the national industry association for independent providers of post-compulsory education and training. We represent training organisations who offer a wide range of courses including higher education, English langauage and vocational studies.

AIRIT

AIRIT

Amrap has developed a Christian Music Initiative in partnership with Christian Media Australia to get more Christian music to radio via the AirIt service. Music on AirIt is available to all community radio stations and programs nationwide.

Amrap's AirIt is a free music distribution service available to eligible unsigned artists and record labels. Hundreds of broadcasters and music directors from community stations nationwide use AirIt to discover and air new Australian music. Major and indie labels add tracks to AirIt daily. Amrap’s Air It Unsigned Initiative offers the opportunity for increased airplay opportunities on community radio.


ANCA

The Australian National Choral Association is a non-profit organisation set up to encourage and promote choral music in Australia. ANCA offers professional workshops for Conductors, Choir trainers, Choristers, and teachers in all areas of Choral training.

ANZATS

The Australian and New Zealand Association of Theological Schools Limited was formed in 1968 and comprises 64 theological colleges and seminaries of all churches in Australia and New Zealand.

ANZTLA

The mission of the Australian and New Zealand Theological Library Association Limited is to foster the study of theology and religion by enhancing the development of theological and religious libraries and librarianship.

ASME

The Australian Society for Music Education (ASME) was established in 1967. Its establishment followed discussions between nationwide representatives after the successful UNESCO Conference on Music Education held in Sydney in July 1965. The purpose of ASME is to encourage and advance music education at all levels as an integral part of general education and community life, and as a profession within the broad field of music.

Ausdance NSW

Ausdance NSW was established in 1986 as the dedicated service provider for dance in the state. Funded principally by the NSW government through the Arts NSW it is the key support and advocacy body for dance creation, presentation and participation across the state. Its portfolio of projects spans the fields of professional development, regional and community involvement, education, and social inclusion. Part of the national Ausdance network, which has offices in most states and territories, Ausdance NSW is committed to raising the profile of dance within the state and to gaining recognition for NSW based companies and artists both nationally and internationally.


Bible Society

Bible Society Australia is founded on the belief that when the Bible speaks to people’s hearts and minds, the Spirit of God transforms their lives for their own good, the good of their communities and of society at large. The Bible Society Australia wants all people everywhere to encounter God and his Son Jesus Christ through the Bible, in a language in which they think and feel, in formats that enhance understanding, and without money being a barrier.

The Council for Christian Colleges & Universities is an international association of intentionally Christian colleges and universities.
Wesley Institute is an affiliate member of the CCCU and as such has access to professional development for Wesley Institute faculty. Wesley Institute students are also eligible for admission to international off-campus study programs.

Christian Dance Fellowship of Australia is a nonprofit, transdenominational fellowship of people committed to experiencing and sharing the Christian faith through the medium of dance and other movement arts.

CHASS

The Council for the Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (CHASS) is the peak body that advocates for humanities, arts and social sciences or the HASS disciplines and practices. With a membership of about 85 organisations, CHASS works with its members to address issues of importance to the HASS sector. CHASS holds workshops and forums, has input into government policy development processes and is part of several networks representing HASS disciplines. Wesley Institute is a Foundation Member of CHASS.

CMA

CMA

Christian Media Australia is the peak industry body representing Christian Media communicators in Australia. CMA is a member driven organisation providing representation to all government and non-government industry bodies. For over 30 years CMA has held successful, impacting annual conferences. In addition to promoting standards of excellence, integrity, and accountability, CMA provides networking, resources, training, support and social opportunities for its members.
At present, 34 full time Christian Stations operate throughout Australia, the bulk of the audience being represented in Capital City markets. In addition to radio stations, the Australian Christian Channel is a key member of the CMA and there is also strong growth in Christian TV, Film Video and Film production.

COPHE

The Council of Private Higher Education (COPHE) seeks to provide a voice for private institutions, particularly to government, to raise their profile and promote public policy that recognises the contribution made to higher education by the private sector. Wesley Institute is a Foundation Member of COPHE.

Drama NSW

Drama NSW is the official, professional body which represents the teachers of Drama in NSW. It is run by, and for, early-childhood, primary, secondary and tertiary teachers, drama practitioners, and theorists, and is affiliated with Drama Australia, and the International Drama/Theatre and Education Association(IDEA). Drama NSW is available to individuals, related organisations and institutions (schools, academic and arts institutions).

EA

The Australian Evangelical Alliance Foundation is affiliated with the World Evangelical Alliance, an international body representing more than 600 million Christians in 129 countries. The EA Foundation has existed alongside the Australian Evangelical Alliance Inc for many decades, and is now the primary ‘hub’ for the entities that proudly make up the EA Family. The EA Foundation continues to incorporate the work of the EA Insurance Project, as well as the Alfred Clark Missions Trust and the Indigenous Ministries Trust Fund.

MCA

The purpose of the Music Council of Australia (MCA) is to bring together all sections of the music community in order to advance a diverse and vibrant musical life throughout Australia. To achieve this, MCA, independently and in partnership, gathers and provides information, conducts research, undertakes advocacy, ensures representation in relevant forums, and initiates and realises projects that advance musical life.

The Tertiary Dance Council of Australia (TDCA) designs and delivers accessible and sustainable services to support Australian dance professionals. The mission of TDCA is to educate, inspire and support the dance community to reach its potential as a dynamic force within local, national and international communities.
